One of the highlights of the seminar will be the regulatory dialogue between the Comissão de Valores Mobiliários (CVM) and the CSSF, Luxembourg’s financial services regulator, on new and upcoming fund regulation in Brazil and Europe.
During interactive sessions on asset management, wealth management and capital markets, participants will have the opportunity to learn, amongst others, how Luxembourg can act as an EU platform to assist Brazilian asset managers in reaching European and international investors, help wealth managers in the diversification of their clients’ portfolios, and help Brazilian issuers to raise finance on international markets, including for green and sustainable projects.
